Who is responsible

What we store
Your email address, your language, where you signed up (for example this website), when you confirmed and which wording you agreed to, and a code derived from your confirmation link. Our mails are plain text without tracking pixels, and this website sets no cookies.
Why, and on what basis
To send you the Cleoporta newsletter about our platform for gate installers. The basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through a double opt-in: you sign up and then confirm by the link in our mail.
Who processes it
Our systems run at Amazon Web Services in Ireland (database and email delivery). Replies to hello@cleoporta.com are handled in our mailbox at Zoho in the EU. We do not sell or pass on addresses.
How long
Until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only the address on a block list, so that we do not mail you again.
Your rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time with the link in every mail, with no effect on mails sent before. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data by writing to hello@cleoporta.com, and you may complain to your data protection authority.
